Madeline Miller is a lawyer, leadership coach and DEI consultant, with over fifteen years professional experience. She has an advanced degree in Criminology from The University of Melbourne, Australia, and a Master of Law from UCLA, where she studied entertainment law and critical race theory.

Prior to arriving in the United States in 2015, Madeline worked as an attorney for the Victorian Government Solicitor’s Office in Melbourne Australia, situated within the Department of Justice. She provided legal advice to various government agencies including the Magistrate’s Court and Department of Transport. Prior to that, she was an international judge’s associate at The Extraordinary Criminal Court of Cambodia, the United Nations funded court established to prosecute senior members and perpetrators of the Khmer Rouge atrocities. She also taught contract and international criminal law for a semester during this period at the Royal University of Law and Economics, Phnom Penh.  

She currently resides in Los Angeles where she runs her own consulting company which provides leadership and executive coaching for individuals and organizations. She is a consultant with Elevated Diversity with a particular focus on facilitating DEI training and workshops for legal practices. She provides specialized support to those practices who are looking to become DEI accredited under the California State Bar’s DEI Leadership SEAL program. She holds a certificate in Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace from ESSEC Business School, France.
